Packaging
To reduce waste and help protect the environment, we may pack multiple items in one package if you order more than one item.
Please note that this may result in slightly longer processing time, especially for orders containing more than 5 items.

We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including incorrect name, address, zip code, phone number or other delivery details.
For certain countries and regions, including some U.S. island territories, you may need to pick up your package from your local postal office. Delivery times may also be longer than the estimated time shown above.

Customs Duties
Shipments from our warehouses are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis.
This means that customs duties, import taxes or other related charges may be applied once the parcel reaches the destination country.
If any customs or import duties are charged, these costs must be paid by the customer.
Customers are fully responsible for any return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees if they refuse to accept a parcel because of import duties or taxes.
Please note that, according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list a value lower than the actual product price.

Shipping time does not include the 1–5 day processing period required to process your order from the date it is placed.

For pre-order items, the waiting time may be longer because we cannot guarantee the manufacturer’s production schedule.

If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact our Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.

We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues or other delivery-related delays.

We have several warehouses worldwide. We cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your location due to stock availability.

Please note that shipping time cannot be guaranteed to be faster than the estimated delivery time, even if you live in a country where we have a warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order for personal reasons, you may do so free of charge only if the order has not yet been dispatched to the logistics company.

Once the order has been sent to the logistics company, cancellation will no longer be possible.
What Should I Do If My Order Is Returned?
If your order is returned, the solution will depend on the reason for the return.
Customer Responsibility
If the package is returned because of customer-related reasons, such as an incorrect address, refusal of the package or failure to collect the package, Charmendo is not responsible for the failed delivery.
In this case, store credit may be issued for the corresponding amount, minus the original shipping cost.
The original shipping cost refers to the actual shipping cost that we pay to the logistics company to ship your order, even though standard shipping is free for the customer at checkout.
Charmendo Responsibility
If the issue is caused by Charmendo or the logistics process on our side, we may offer a full refund or resend the products you did not receive.
